Congratulations to 2010 BAFTA Television Award winners... “The Thick of It” and “The Inbetweeners”

Sunday 6 June saw the 2010 BAFTA Television awards and we were delighted to see two of our current Film and TV clients win no less than 4 awards. Direct supplied the lighting equipment and power requirements for both drama productions.

BBC produced “The Thick of It” won 3 awards including Situation Comedy plus individual awards to Peter Capaldi (playing Malcolm Tucker) for Male Performance in a Comedy Role and Rebecca Front (playing Nicola Murray) who won Female Performance in a Comedy Role.

The Inbetweeners, produced by Bwark Productions for Channel 4 won the YouTube Audience Award, the only award to be voted by the public.
